Women Of Oz is bringing the community together to create monumental social change to ensure the safety, respect and wellbeing of women and girls.
Women were born to sparkle, not to be a statistic. Our organisation encourages women to step into their power and lead the change. By stepping into and acknowledging our power as human beings, we have the capacity to create the change that we seek.
Now it's time we walk the talk.
If we want to see lasting change, it is going to take the collective consciousness. We all have to take a stand, to come together as one unified force. What affects one, affects all. It’s You. It’s Me. It’s We.
The challenges facing girls and women are deep rooted, complex and seemingly overwhelming. However the more of us that unite, the greater and deeper the change we will make.

What does respect mean to you? What does it mean to those around you? It is time we stop, ask, listen and learn.
AGILITY
We understand we must be lean and agile, have brilliant procedures and processes that facilitate us to act, to innovate and respond quickly.
COLLABORATION
It is time for unity. Women no longer competing and tearing each other down. Men and women working together and creating a culture of understanding.
ACCOUNTABILITY
We have it to ourselves, to each other and those who need help. When we act on the things we can control we can literally change the world.
