The Ruby Slipper Fund fuels all the activities of Women of Oz. To drive meaningful social and systemic change, we must be self-funded and self-reliant.
This allows us to build initiatives such as The Emerald Lady, our Housing Spaces, and sustain key programs such as Protect Her and the Wheels 2 Freedom Program.

Our Programs
Wheels 2 Freedom
The Wheels 2 Freedom program provides cars and additional support to help women achieve long-term financial and emotional wellbeing. This program particularly supports women fleeing family and domestic violence, as well as older women who face significant challenges.
The Emerald Lady
The 'Jewel in Our Crown' is to create a unique, purpose-built, beautiful, and welcoming space (building) for women in need. This safe haven will provide immediate support and shelter for women in crisis, offering a place of refuge no matter the emergency. A true sanctuary of hope.
Protect Her
Every year, more than 50,000 women across Australia who have experienced family and domestic violence are turned away from legal support. Protect Her is our legal fund designed to ensure these women are represented, understand their rights, and have the legal support they need to safeguard their best interests.
The Ruby Slipper Club funds all the activities of Women Of Oz. It is everyday people, like YOU & ME, driving monumental change ensuring the safety, respect & wellbeing of all girls & women.
