The Agenda

Keynote Overview: Social & Behaviour Change

What do white bears, row boats, flipping your lid, and messages on social media all have in common?

Join us for an exploration into the art of storytelling as a catalyst for understanding, and creating actionable change. With Dr. Mel Irons (psychologist, PhD) as your guide, you’ll be led through a series of dynamic techniques to navigate discomfort, challenge assumptions, and foster genuine dialogue – that you can use immediately in your personal and professional lives. Through high-quality interactive exercises, some neurobiology and neuroscience (you’ll get the chance to ‘meet’ your own brain), and anecdote sharing, we’ll learn and embrace some psychological principles in a very tangible way, creating a space here – and later – where real conversations thrive.

Mel is a facilitator like no other. Let’s embark on a transformative journey, one conversation at a time.
