Our Roads · For Girls And Women
The things she was taught to be ashamed of are her power. My Ruby Road helps a girl, or a woman, unwrap that.
Her voice, her body, her feelings and the people she loves are the gifts she was born with, never something to apologise for.
The Road
The Atelier gets to know each person first, in a conversation and never a form.
Years 7 to 12
Year 7
“At twelve, she gets to just be twelve.” Her body is her first home, and she gets to live in it with wonder.
Year 8
“She walks into school knowing she belongs.” And she helps every girl around her know it too.
Year 9
Her yes, her no, her opinions and her online world are hers, and she decides who gets to look at her.
Year 10
Her worth simply is: it was never in being looked at, and her own money is where her financial power begins.
Year 11
She knows love that is safe, respectful and free, and she wishes it for herself and for every girl she loves.
Year 12
“When she graduates, she's paid the same as him.” She walks into her life as the woman she chooses to be.
Women In Prison
Weeks 1–6
She is met as a woman with a name and gifts of her own, comes to hold her story as hers to tell, and finds calm, rest and joy in the body that kept her alive.
Weeks 7–12
Her voice, her feelings and her worth: she speaks steadily, says no when she means it, holds herself gently, and knows her worth was never earned and never lost.
Weeks 13–18
Mothering from inside, love that travels through walls, the people she chooses for her next chapter, and a love that feels like home.
Weeks 19–24
Financial power in her own name, earning from what she is good at, and the life she chooses, in her own words, beginning wherever she stands today.

A road for her: to step into her power as a woman and rebuild her life. Walked with a facilitator, at her own depth, with a certificate if she would like one.
My Ruby Road is one of the ways Women Of OZ builds a world where women are honoured.
